The National Coalition of 100 Black Women Inc., Richmond Metropolitan Area Chapter, partnering with Roses and Wings to experience a day of exploring the wonders of science and discovering how each of us, as caretakers of the Earth, can help protect and sustain our environment.

Girls in STEM aren’t just important — they’re essential. When girls participate in science, technology, engineering, and math activities, they bring fresh perspectives, creative problem‑solving, and a level of curiosity that pushes innovation forward. STEM fields shape everything from healthcare to climate solutions to the technology we use every day, and having girls at the table ensures those solutions reflect the needs and ideas of everyone.
