The Coalition of 100 Black Women delivers support and services that help youth achieve their educational goals. By supporting positive experiences, fostering a positive self-perception and self-respect, encouraging excellence in education, and promoting the pursuit of positive lifelong goals, NCBW is creating future leaders.

Annually, NCBW-RMAC offers multiple scholarships to young women enrolled in institutions of higher education. Scholarships are based on merit, community involvement, and academic worthiness. These scholarships, given in support of two HBCUs, Virginia Union University and Virginia State University, are awarded during our signature Phenomenal Woman Jazz Brunch held in April. Proceeds from the event are used to support these awards. To date, we have provided scholarships to over 28 young female college students.
